The Personalized Care Approach
As the owner and operator of Heather's Mobile Grooming, you'll always speak directly with the person caring for your pet. When I am grooming, my full focus is on the pet in my care-I do not answer calls, texts, or the door during that time to avoid any distractions. For this reason, I kindly ask that you schedule your pet's next appointment before I leave, as availability can fill quickly. Phone calls and messages are returned between and after appointments, which means response may not be immediate and I may not be able to call at a specific requested time. This communication structure allows me to maintain the highest standard of care and attention for each pet I work with-including yours.
